The Cova Gran de Santa Linya forms an archaeological site that is located about two kilometers from the center of Santa Linya which belongs to the municipality of Les Avellanes and Santa Linya in the region of La Noguera in Catalonia.
It was discovered in 2002 and excavations began in 2004. The formation of the Cova Gran is largely due to the erosion caused by the Sant Miquel ravine next to which it is located.[1] In 2013 it was declared a Cultural Property of National Interest.[2]
