The track itself starts tricky in the valley where you have to cross rivers a few times. The ascent is sometimes very steep and technical, you will have to use hands. The top part after the treeline is rather easy and offers great views, but it gets quite windy. The descent is generally easy but gnarly in the steep sections and around the streams at the bottom. DO NOT TRY AFTER/DURING RAIN, as the streams will be very hard to cross and wet roots and rock make for a terrible descent. In dry conditions it can easily be done in under 8 hours. Poorly marked in some places.
