It was built in the 16th century, when the people of Ancara became devoted to the saint for protection from the plague. The church is a very simple chapel, with an entrance preceded by a portico, the bell tower is vaulted, the interior has a small, intimate nave, with a niche in the altar, with the statue of the saint.
