Several hotels, some in dated condition, are lined along the natural springs. The water in the 'hot bath' has a temperature of 40 °C, and the 'cold bath' 37 °C. It contains calcium, magnesium, rubidium, cesium, radon and other minerals.
Negorski spas are marketed as a health and tourist center for extended treatment and rehabilitation of patients in therapy of physical medicine and rehabilitation. The complex is located at a distance of 3 km from Gevgelija, at an altitude of 50 meters, at the foot of Kozhuf mountain, between a rich and rare ash forest, which forms a natural park. The ash forest covers an area of 22 hectares around the complex. A team of specialists in physical medicine and rehabilitation, general practitioner, nurses, physiotherapists and masseurs take care of visitors. Data on the beneficial effect of the mineral waters from Negorski Banji is dating from 1864. Scientific evidence of water healing dates back to 1950 when the spa was established. Daily fee for treatment with hospital referrals is charged according to the price list of the National health insurance at 200,00 MKD. If the patients do not have health insurance and proper documentation, the health care services have higher prices according to the list of the Negorski baths. See negorskibanji.com.mk
