The manor house in Sumin is located on the shore of Lake Sumińskie. It was most likely built in the 1920s or 1930s by Jerzy Prądzyński. Previously, from around 1870, there was a wooden manor house here.

The current manor house is a brick building with a rectangular plan. The main two-story middle segment, single-story side parts and an extension from the north, introducing an element of asymmetry. The manor represents the features of a modest, typically rural landowner's residence. It is surrounded by a landscape park from the mid-19th century.

After World War II, the manor housed a kindergarten and offices of the State Agricultural Farm. Currently private property.
