The stronghold is located on a fairly flat, wet meadow. On the site you can see a circle typical of strongholds. Access from the center of the village of Jatwieź is shorter but of lower quality. The longer route starts at an old cross behind the village at the crossroads and goes for a short distance to two more crosses, but the road is better and can be reached even in wet seasons.
