Two buildings that were built during WAA times, the fuel element receiving storage and the tall building for the module test stands, which can be seen from afar, are still in use today. The fuel element entrance storage facility, Hall 80, with its walls up to 4 m thick, is earthquake-proof, armored against plane crashes and has its own ventilation. There is also an information board about the WAA here; it shows the timeline of what happened and also provides a lot of information about it.

Two buildings already built at WAA times, the fuel element storage facility and the highly visible, high-rise building for the module stands, are still in use today. The carmaker BMW secured 50 hectares of land, including the fuel storage entrance warehouse, Hall 80, which had already been completed in addition to the atomic test stand for castor containers. The fuel infeed warehouse with its up to 4 m thick walls is earthquake-proof, armored against aircraft crashes and with its own ventilation.
