Town Green Park is a foreshore reserve at the western end of the breakwall, and marks the start of Port Macquarie’s nine-kilometre Coastal Walk. It’s an open, grassy space right on the water situated on a site recognised as significant to the Birpai people, the Traditional Custodians of the Port Macquarie region. There are picnic tables, a playground for families, a water refill station and toilets, making it an ideal gathering place before heading out on the Coastal Walk along the breakwall toward Town Beach.
