Hiking
The former Dominican convent was founded in 1235. The first Duchess of Württemberg, the Italian Barbara Gonzaga, found her final resting place here. During her lifetime she also donated money for Kirchheim and the monastery. The monastery was abandoned during the Reformation. Today the tax office and green spaces are located here. A stele donated by the historian Sabine Thomsen commemorates Barbara Gonzaga.
