This mission cross (built or restored on the occasion of a parish mission) is distinguished by its summit plaque/cross carved in schist or slate with flared ends (in the shape of a brace), placed on a platform and a masonry base made of flat stones from the region. It stands along the hiking trails of the commune (notably the Circuit de l'Écluse), at the intersection of the road connecting the locality of La Clôture du Linguet and La Ville au Bois.
