Finca Ermita offers very high-quality olive oil produced in-house. Greco passionately explains how to use the different oils, especially an oil from trees that are at least 500 years old, which is also supplied to star chefs.
At Greco you can also spend the night very quietly under the olive trees in a motorhome. It only takes a maximum of 10 motorhomes and they are spread out across the olive grove at a large distance from each other so that everyone has a very quiet stay. Really great!
