Disused quarry from which Portovenere marble, Portoro, was extracted. Dark, black marble, with veins tending towards gold. Now there remains a suggestive hole in the mountain. Just beyond the large hole in the dark rock, it opens like an abyss that descends towards the sea between the rocks. Be very careful.

Here it is possible to visit and enter (at your own risk) an abandoned former marble quarry. You need a torch (preferably frontal). ATTENTION TO THE CLOT IN THE EARTH THAT IS FOUND ON THE LEFT IMMEDIATELY AFTER HAVING CROSSED THE SQUARE HOLE (YOU END UP INTO THE SEA WITH A JUMP OF AT LEAST 150 MT). NOT RECOMMENDED WITH CHILDREN.
