Neuschollene was established as a colony around 1750. In 1785 Neu Scholläne was a farm that belonged to the wife of Werder zu Karow. In 1842 Neu-Schollehne was a manor belonging to Schollene, which included the Kaput sheep farm, which was located in a forest clearing southwest of the town. In 1871, Neu Schollehne was a manor district, the Caput sheep farm belonged to the Alt Schollehne manor district. In 1905 the residential area was called Neuschollene, in 1986 the district was called Neu Schollene and in 2006 it was called Neu-Schollene.
