A half-timbered house from the turn of the 18th/19th century enclosing a large agricultural plot, almost twice as large as other neighboring plots. Behind the entrance gate there was a spacious yard with a barn, a pigsty, a shed and a slaughterhouse. There was also a vegetable garden there.
