The Cruise Terminal is situated at the southern end of the Tianjin Port Cultural Tourism Zone, extending from Navigation Road in the west to the Bohai Sea in the east. With a coastline stretching 1,112 meters, the terminal sprawls over 1.6 million square meters. It even boasts a dedicated 6,000-square-meter visitor parking area. The 60,000-square-meter passenger terminal building offers services of customs clearance, duty-free shop-ping, dining, and leisure.
The Cruise Terminal offers cruise tourism, leisure, exhibitions, and relax-ation. It serves as a significant homeport and stopover port for many international cruise companies like Royal Caribbean and Costa Cruises in Northeast Asia. It has been the largest in the north, second largest in China. It demonstrates an ecosystem of business and leisure, advanced residential and entertainment district, and a showcase of modern coastal living.
