Independence Park holds about 12 miles of singletrack through the forest. Depending on your tires and affinity for adventure, you may feel better biking the road around the park instead of going through it. Large parts of the singletrack are surprisingly doable on a touring bike... until they're not, since there are plenty of logs, hills, and other natural obstacles to keep mountain bikers entertained.
