The Fayetteville Bird Preserve was dedicated in 1940 and spans 10.12 acres along Limestone Creek. This small preserve was gifted to the village in 1933 by Jacob and Belle Gramlich, and serves as a bird sanctuary. Initially planted with 3,000 seedlings in the late 1920s, it underwent maintenance by local Boy Scouts and the Fayetteville Garden Club over the years. Although you cannot ride through the park, it's still a pretty spot to ride past and look out for birds that live in this protected area.
