Embark on a moderate jogging route through South Valley Park, covering 5.7 miles (9.1 km) with an elevation gain of 442 feet (135 metres). This loop, estimated to take 1 hour and 7 minutes, guides you past towering red rock formations that date back millions of years. You will experience varied terrain, from open prairie sections to scenic viewpoints. As you jog, keep an eye out for wildlife like elk and coyotes, especially when traversing the wide meadow of the Grazing Elk Trail.
