Beautiful traffic-free cycleway running alongside the eastern edge of the Omokorea peninsula. Join the path at Lakeside Terrace and cycle all the way up to Omokera Beach at the northern end. You’ll find a beach area with BBQ’s toilets, a playground, restaurant and small shop. The shop sells great pies!

Along the way you’ll find plenty of benches, some little beaches and even a rope swing. Most of the surface is made up of compact gravel but you’ll also find some fun boardwalks too.
