The beautiful, quite steep path is called the Sentée de Baús and consists largely of elaborately paved stone steps. The upper section consists of small, round stones that could be described as "eggs." Along the way, there are several magnificent viewpoints, some with benches. The views extend over Lake Lugano, which divides into two directions around the towns of Brusino Arsizio and Maroggia, as well as the mountain ranges to the east, with Monte Generoso to the east and Monte San Giorgio to the southeast. Further down, there are magnificent views of the village of Vico Morcote with its prominent church.

The stairs are so original. Lots of round stones adorn every step of the stairs. Sort of like eggs set up :-) But luckily it doesn't last long, so with the steps it does, but soon the stair steps won't be so eggy anymore.
