Stony Brook Grist Mill is the last remaining building of a 19th-century industrial village. If you hop off your bike, you can still watch the water wheel in motion and purchase fresh-ground corn from the meal. There's also a museum in the mill house, and plentiful opportunities to see wildlife near the water.
