The alpine hut is secluded just above the Drau valley and directly opposite the Lienz Dolomites. They are an Eldorado for persevering hikers: Exciting routes lead through the rocky valleys, over windy passes and unique peaks. In addition, in the Drautal runs the ADFC five star Drau cycle path. Thanks to perfect train connections from the nearby Oberdrauburg, you can also just cycle along sections of the cycle path and enjoy the incredible view of the Drautal valley. As a conclusion of your hiking and biking tours in the Drautal also offer various swimming pools and lakes.
