So, the tour is generally possible. However, the steep section is unrideable; it's not even doable with a mountain bike, or perhaps downhill if you know what you're doing. There are large, loose stones, it's very steep, and in some places, it's eroded more than a meter deep. I pushed my bike the entire steep section.
From the top onward, it's rideable again.
The scenery is very beautiful. You won't encounter anyone else until you reach the top. You'll have the steep section completely to yourself—for the reasons described.
