The name Los Antiguos comes from the Tehuelche “I-Keu-khon” which means “Place of the Forefathers”. A viewpoint located on the main avenue allows you to have a beautiful perspective of the city and the lake. It's worth climbing this hill to enjoy the view. Every year the National Cherry Festival takes place here.
