Cyclists very welcome, but go slow on road, give way to golfers driving balls across your route. good rest stop. excellent food, good choice with full bar.

Remember you have to ride back up the hill on a full stomach. There is a short cut if your riding along the track and don't want to leave the track, you'll have to respect the golf course as you walk you bike through the gate, give way to golfers. Road route just as good as you don't really save time, just miss a nice bit of track if you don't return where you left it.
