This is what I came to patagonia for. It was recommended to me as the old road. Must be very old because it was not much more than a Single Trail. And there is a knee deep river crossing on the southern side. Doable with a touring setup

A easy single Trail, a few technical passages with some loose bigger Stones, but I could drive every single bit of that beautiful trail. The Bridge in the middle is narrow and renewed. The river Crossing is also durable. (maybe 30 cm). A worthwhile change from Route 40.
