All I can say is that we went there in summer and winter. Both times very nice. Every season has its advantages here too.
The thing about the stroller is true - it was easy to walk around even after a lot of rain in winter.
The information boards are very clear and the walk-in tower is well done with a beautiful view of the mountains.
