The Stihl Municipal Gallery Waiblingen, opened in May 2008, is an exhibition space specializing in works on and made from paper. It presents three rotating exhibitions each year. Together with the Unteres Remstal Art School and the House of City History, located in the immediate vicinity, the gallery forms a center for art and culture in Waiblingen, situated between the historic city wall and the banks of the Rems River. The gallery is supported, among others, by a circle of over 400 members, the "Friends of the Stihl Municipal Gallery Waiblingen."
