If you decide to hike Bountiful Peak from the northern direction along Skyline Drive, you will pass the two beautiful Farmington Lakes. As they are located almost in the middle between Bountiful Peak and Bountiful Peak Campground, they serve as a great location for a little rest.

Skyline Drive is a dirt road that passes through this part of the Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest, and it passes by these two small lakes just off the side of the road. This is a great spot to take a break if you've been running uphill the whole time.
