It's good that there's a bridge to cross the river at the end of the greenway; it's very useful, but someday (perhaps next century) they should fix and take care of the wooden planks. I cycled across it on December 20, 2023, and most of the floorboards were not only half rotten but also movable. I was scared.

Mountain biking

Useful for crossing away from major roads.
On the town side, to the east, there is a picnic area and a fountain to fill water bottles.
Be careful, you cannot cross the wastewater treatment plant to the west, so you have to go around it using a small path, keeping it on your left after the footbridge.
