The Marshal's Villa in Sopot, also called the Eugen Baumann Villa, the "Rusałka" Villa - one of the three most characteristic residences located in Sopot on the seaside, located at ul. Kilińskiego 12, corner of al. Wojska Polskiego, also called by the residents of al. "Prominents".

Architect Heinrich Dunkel, commissioned by Eugen Baumann, a manufacturer of tiled stoves, designed a residence, which was built in 1906 on what was then Parkstrasse, later Kinderheilstattenweg. Architecturally, what attracts attention is the observation tower towering over the whole, the frame structure used in the facility and the Art Nouveau interior design and ornamentation.

A few years later, the creator of the Sopot children's sanatorium located on the same property, Dr. Georg Abegg, founded a small park that has remained unchanged to this day.

After World War II, the villa serves as a military recreation residence to this day, including: Marshal Michał Rola-Żymierski (1945-1949). It was named "Rusałka".
