The Arcapita headquarters building consists of a spacious, rectilinear volume resting on a sculptural base reminiscent of rolling waves. In the upper part there is 18,500 square meters of office space, the generous glazing of which offers a wide view of the water. Vents between a double curtain wall help reduce solar heat gain. The lower part of the building contains public facilities such as lobbies, restaurants, an auditorium and a contemporary art gallery.
