Lake Combie is a 360-acre private lake fed by the Bear River. The lake sits above the Sacramento Valley fog and below the snow line of Lake Tahoe, creating warm water temperatures in the summer. Residents of the lake enjoy the warmer waters with views of Lake Tahoe and the surrounding mountains, as well as views of the Mojave Desert.
