Over a mile in the sky at 6,500 feet, Pinewood Reservoir is a 100-acre lake with miles of hiking trails, beach areas, picnic areas, and multiple trailheads. You can walk across the dam on the north side of the lake and climb up into the hills and get great views over the water.
