The South Cemetery of Brühl in the Rhein-Erft district is, as is often the case, a park-like facility that not only contains the graves of the deceased but also serves as a valuable addition to the so-called urban green space. It also boasts the unique feature of an official hiking trail traversing it. In its centenary year, the local Eifel Association has designed a new hiking trail, "with 100 through Brühl and the town," which runs through this area.
