Here along the Bräkneån there was a mill for a long time. As far we know, there was first one a little bit north and then one further south by the road bridge (Sonekulla kvarn).
At the river bend in the middle between these mill sites, there is today a very relaxing picnic area.
Permits to fish here can be bought online.
