Rocky Point is a 6000-acre area of Pine Barrens Forest with open lands and a nice trail system. The State Forest has packed dirt trails, mostly flat, with the family-friendly trails having white marks, and the intermediate ones having yellow marks. The area is subject to seasonal closure for hunting, which begins the first Sunday of January and goes on to the remainder of the month.
