The often overlooked, but beautiful Saint Vrain Mountain sits quietly on the border of Rocky Mountain National Park to the north and the Indian Peaks Wilderness to the south. In large part due to the fact the Saint Vrain Mountain is so close to these two famous areas with many taller, better-known mountains, this 12,162 foot peak is far less crowded and therefore a fantastic place to escape some of the crowds. This gently sloping peak offers truly fantastic views of the RMNP and the Indian Peaks Wilderness.
