The current building, considered artistically the most important place of worship of San Biagio, was built in the second half of the eighteenth century. The façade was built in 1795 based on a design by Francesco Zambon; in the very bright interior, an altarpiece by Veronese and another attributed to Lorenzo Lotto were preserved, but they were lost in the period between the two world wars.
