There's a big hotel area here now. We couldn't really find the actual hiking trails although right before the Hotel there's a sign that says "Lycian Way". You can probably go around it somewhere but we walked in (off-season) and found someone who brought us to the trail on the other side of the hotel.

It is still possible to get to Aktaş beach, follow the signs for Rups beach club. Most if the rock beach has been rented to Rups but there us a patch of it that locals/walkers can use. Most of the year there is a ladder into the sea. You can still technically use the rest of the beach but you’d need to pay to use Rups loungers. Even if it feels awkward it’s allowed to just sit on the rock in the Rups area and/or swim from there.
Sadly the path to Sombeki Cove (south west from Aktaş) has been destroyed by huge development work to create a resort, tragic. This also means the stunning coastal path to Kabak is not accessible. You can still hike to Kabak, the alternative trail is not as close to the sea, but still lovely. This trail is known locally as the tombs trail because is passes to Lycian tombs.
