Oxbow is a bit of a hidden gem in Reno. You have to drive through an industrial area that doesn't look very inviting until you pull in to the parking area. Anytime of year is good to visit but the fall colors here are incredible. It's also a good place to see wildlife such as deer, migratory birds, bats, and the resident park beaver named 'Cornelius'.
