Pocol Military Shrine, also known as Pocol Ossuary, is located at an altitude of 1,535 meters. It overlooks the hamlet of Pocol and is clearly visible from across the Ampezzo valley.

Inside are preserved the remains of 9,707 Italian soldiers, including General Antonio Cantore, who died in 1915 on the Tofane, and Lieutenant Francesco Barbieri, who fell near Costabella. Of these, 4,455 remain unknown. Furthermore, there are the remains of 37 Austro-Hungarian soldiers whose identities are unknown.

The trails through this area are well maintained and great to run on.
