Hiking
There was a sinkhole here in June 2022. A 32m wide and 7m deep hole was created and took trees with it. An underground cave in the gypsum rock had become unstable.
The hole was partially filled in and is now an idyllic pond that was called Max and Moritz Pond. An original information board provides information about the creation of the sinkhole and today's pond.

A 35 x 26 m hole opened up here in June 2022. A sinkhole formed, although the sinkhole had already existed since 2003, but "only" measuring 3 x 4 m. The bank was reinforced and reinforced with stones, and the sewer system and paths were renewed (warning: short version!).
The spot is very quiet; a few meters away stands a sculpture of the snake tamer.
