Road cycling

The gradient on the bike/footpath is really tough. There's also a lot of leaves/dirt on the road, so the rear tire tends to slip when you're riding on the rocks. I would advise you to be very careful with this section - I would only go down it at walking pace.
If you don't like it steep at all, it's better to drive on the main road, where it's not quite as steep and the asphalt is the best. In terms of traffic, things actually went quite well (Friday morning)
