Beautiful new dock at the Warnow.
The swallows nest under the bridge at Sagsdorf. In gentle curves, the Warnow winds through nature. After about 4 km the Mildenitz flows into the Warnow. To get to the Wasserwanderrastplatz Sternberger Castle, you have to turn here into the Mildenitz and paddle for about 1 km against the gentle current river.
In the bank area stones and trees can be in the water. However, there is enough space to avoid this. In front of the road bridge in Sternberger Burg is the rest area on the right bank.

      Sagsdorf Reformation stone
Sagsdorf is a district of the city in the Ludwigslust-Parchim district in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. He is known for his historic bridge over the Warnow River, where the Mecklenburg state parliaments took place and the introduction of the Reformation in Mecklenburg was decided in 1549.
