Mountain biking
Disclaimer: the stone doesn't rock. But does show that our local giants (eg mountain trolls) enjoy rock balancing. Anyway, a slightly scenic minor high-point set in the forest that makes for a useful mountain bike target. Also used for orienteering. There's a good, albeit steep, vehicle access track almost to the Stone. Hiking and MTB DH single-track radiate out from the Stone.
