Climbing by bike to l'Eremo di Santo Spirito, you will stand at the foot of a 2 km long rock climbing wall known as the Bear Wall. It is one of the largest formations of this type in Italy and the most famous in Abruzzo.

The ideal time for climbing is almost all year round, except for sunless winter days. The level of difficulty is between 5A and 8B (average level 6C).
