The City Loop is one of a handful of trails in Quigley Canyon Open Space trail system. The trails don't see as much traffic as some of the other parks around the area, but the trails are still great for running with lots of different trail difficulties and different loop options. People like to ride their horses on these trails, so mind your feet!
