The Mausoleum of Curzio Malaparte is located on the top of Monte Le Coste, called "Spazzavento" by the locals due to the numerous gusts of north wind that blow on the rocky surface. It was Malaparte himself who expressed his desire to be brought to this place after his death, to look down on Prato forever.
