Since this is a lagoon, the water is very calm and perfect for swimming, kayaking, and standup paddleboarding. You'll often see families with young children here, as the park is located at the back of a neighborhood. Since it is set off of the main road, it is quiet and typically uncrowded. Dogs are welcome here!
